  Absolutely disgusting customer service and experience. Save yourself time and hassle by not dealing with the Neanderthal owner. Had to wait an hour from scheduled pick up time outside in the heat as the car hadn't been returned by previous renter with no offer of compensation by owner of the business, then when returning the car was told had to find a street parking spot close by to park the car in rather than parking at the office and when none available the owner had a tantrum. Children belong in day care, not running a business!

  The man in charge of this place is an aggressive Eastender who belongs in a rough part of London, not dealing with customers in Portals. What a shame, people use him because it's the only choice. It's worth travelling anywhere else nearby to save yourself the experience.

  We rented a car from Avance Car rental in Palmanova for one day. You just get full insurance if you ask explicitely for it, it costs 15 € extra and was NOT included in the fee they tell you (55€) so we payed 70€. We had also big problems to return the car. We got the car almost empty (1/4) and we brought it back almost full and it was not possible to get refunded the difference. It was 25 € petrol! We tried to talk to the owner but he was just shouting in the telephone and hanged on. It is NOT a professional company, so please be aware. Our hotel kindly refunded us the money because they were working together.
